Thank you for shopping with Solanas Handmade! We want to make sure you know exactly how your order is processed and shipped. Transparency helps you shop with confidence.
Order Processing Times
- Orders with non-personalized items are typically prepared within 1–2 business days after your purchase.
- Orders with personalized items (such as engraved or custom name pieces) take 1–4 weeks to prepare, depending on the design.
- During high demand periods (such as sales or holidays), processing may take longer. We will keep you informed of any delays.
Inventory & Notifications
- If a product is out of stock, we will ship it as soon as it becomes available — usually within 3–7 business days.
- Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
- If your item is delayed or unavailable, we will notify you by email.
Shipping Areas
We ship to all 50 U.S. states and Puerto Rico.
Carrier & Tracking
We use USPS for all shipments.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number so you can easily follow your package.
Shipping Costs
- FREE Standard Shipping on all orders over $40 USD
- Orders under $40: $5 Standard Shipping

Priority Mail Upgrade: $10
- First Class Package: Estimated 3–7 business days (if ordered before 4 PM EDT).

Priority Mail: Estimated 2–3 business days (if ordered before 4 PM EDT) and includes $100 shipment insurance.
Important Shipping Notes
- Please ensure your shipping address is correct — we are not responsible for errors or extra charges if the address is incorrect. If an address issue occurs, you will be responsible for any reshipment costs.
