At Solanas Handmade, we accept returns for store credit or exchanges only within 7 days of delivery.



How to Request a Return


To request a return, please email us at solanashandmade@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order and include:

Your order number

Your full name


All returns require prior authorization. Items sent without approval will not be accepted.



Return Conditions

Items must be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

Items marked as SALE or LIQUIDATION are final sale and not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit



Damaged Items


Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If an item arrives damaged, contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order with the subject line “DAMAGED ITEM” and a description of the issue.


Damaged items must be returned in their original packaging.

Store credit will be issued once the return is received and inspected
